The partner behind the brand.
Every way a brand shows up in the physical world passes through a network of printers, decorators, sign shops, exhibit builders, and fulfillment partners. The more hands involved, the easier it is for standards to drift.
Proper brings all of it under one relationship. One partner, one standard, and one point of contact for every way your brand shows up.
One accountable process. Five deliberate steps. One standard from brief to final delivery.
Before we quote or source, we learn how your brand is meant to show up: its standards, files, finishes, and the details that cannot get lost.
The whole project is mapped before the first proof. Materials, methods, suppliers, timing, and cost are built into one production plan.
You see it before we make it. Color, material, construction, and finish are reviewed and approved on paper and in hand.
We manage production with our supplier network and check quality as it happens, so the standard set at the start holds from the first unit to the last.
Finished work is checked against the approved brief before it ships. Then it is delivered, kitted, or fulfilled exactly where it needs to go.
One partner.
One standard.
- 01One point of contact
One person who knows your brand, your priorities, your deadlines, and the details that matter.
- 02Fewer vendors to manage
Print, merchandise, signage, events, and fulfillment are managed through one relationship and held to one standard.
- 03Consistency
Your colors, brand marks, materials, and finishes are held to the same standard, whether the job is a business card or an entire booth.
- 04Quality control at every step
Every detail is reviewed before production, checked throughout, and verified before anything ships.
- 05Accountability
When something goes wrong, we own the problem and the solution. You should never have to chase either.
2016 to 2026.
Proper Print Source began in Portland in 2016 with a simple belief: the details matter, and so do the relationships behind them. Fueled by the trust of our clients and partners, what started with print grew into a broader role: managing the many ways a brand shows up in the physical world. Ten years later, the capabilities have expanded, the relationships have deepened, and the name has become simpler: Proper.
Proper is a certified women-owned business through WBENC and Business Oregon. A decade in, the principles remain the same: protect the details, honor the relationships, and do the work properly.
Fewer handoffs.
Real people.
You work with someone who knows your brand, your priorities, and your deadlines. We give you clear answers, realistic timelines, and no surprises. Then we make sure the work gets done the way we said it would.
That is the relationship we are after: one reliable enough that you stop having to manage every detail.
